The General Reynolds Cornet Band was given the opportunity to play at the summer picnic of the Central Manor Church of God  on July 24, 2004.  This concert represented the Band's first major concert. The audience was appreciative of the effort. The was invited to partake in an excellent smorgasbord meal provided by the church.
